Rates

Rental rates are $220 a night, however, we will honor the current rate for bookings made during 2011.  A $25 dollar a night surcharge per person will apply to parties of 3 or 4 persons.

We have a one week minimum for rentals.  Shorter rentals of 5 or 6 nights will be considered but a $150 cleaning fee will apply.  There is a 5% discount on rentals of 14 days or more.

Reduced rates may be available during slower seasons, contact us for more information about this including our 10% discount for January and February 2012

We accept US Dollar checks or cash in Euros or USD. We now also accept credit cards and Paypal, however, they charge us 3% and that will be passed on to our renters.

A completed rental agreement and deposit is required to hold your reservation with the balance due payable upon your arrival in Paris.  A security deposit of $500 is payable on arrival and refunded on departure.
