Rental rates are $190 a night.  Rates will increase to $200 in 2011, however, we will honor the current rate for bookings made during 2010.

Reduced rates may be available during slower seasons, contact us for more information about this.

We have a one week minimum for rentals.  Shorter rentals of more than 4 nights will be considered but a $150 cleaning fee will apply.  There is a 5% discount on rentals of 14 days or more

We accept US Dollar checks or cash in Euros or USD. A completed rental agreement and deposit is required to hold your reservation with the balance due payable upon your arrival in Paris.  A security deposit is payable on arrival and refunded on departure.  To view a form rental contract, please click here.
